We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items marked final sale on the product page are not eligible for return.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Reach out through our Contact page or email hauntedhaloshop@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at hauntedhaloshop@gmail.com.

Exchanges

Size exchanges follow the same rules: unworn, unwashed, within 30 days of delivery. The fastest option is to request a return and place a new order for the size you want.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
