2. Shipping Policy

Every Haunted Halo piece is printed to order — your item goes into production when you place your order, so nothing sits in a warehouse.

Processing time

Orders typically enter production within 1 business day and ship within 2–5 business days. During peak season (September–October), production may take a few extra days.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier, and is in addition to production time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Order changes and cancellations

Because items are made to order, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible at hauntedhaloshop@gmail.com with your order number and we'll do our best.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
